Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to support our Human Resources team with recruitment activities. This role is critical for attracting and selecting talent for our administrative, operational, and manufacturing positions, directly contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings and actively source suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, evaluating skills and experience.
- Collaborate with department managers to define job profiles and hiring needs.
- Develop talent attraction strategies for production, warehouse, welding, painting, and administrative positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep recruitment records up to date.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to recruitment.
- Support other Human Resources projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required). 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR support. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management. Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Experience with job boards and professional networking platforms. Bilingual English / Spanish required. Strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to learn new processes. Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements
Work on-site in an office setting. Sit or stand for extended periods during interviews or document reviews.Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay : $19.00 per hour (W-2 employment). Annual equivalent : approximately $39,500 USD per year (based on 40 hours / week, 52 weeks).
