Temporary Customer Service Representative

Beacon Hill is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join their team for a long-term project. We are looking for an individual to provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently to customer inquiries relating to our client's products and services.

About You :

• High School Diploma and some college preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a call center is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the leasing industry is desired, but not required.

About the Job :

This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your experience with a highly respected financial services firm. The position is expected to last at least three months, with a strong likelihood of extension. Compensation is up to $23 / hour, depending on experience. This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be local to King of Prussia, PA.
