Responsibilities
Reviewing loan files for potential defects and procedural findings to give feedback to necessary parties to reduce long-term risk exposure for UWMProviding clear and concise feedback to our internal clients in LQ Review DatabaseUtilizing internal job aids and other posted guidance to ensure all loan files are acceptable by UWM’s standards, investor guidelines and applicable Federal or State regulationsQualifications
Must Have Qualifications :
2-3 years of servicing experience or servicing QC auditing experienceStrong knowledge of Federal and Agency (FNMA / FHLMC) Servicing guidelines and proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNice to Have Qualifications :
College DegreeFHA and / or VA knowledgeServicing and / or Loss Mitigation experience
