Your role

As the Master Data Specialist, Installed Base your mission is to ensure the accuracy of the status and categories of Quincy branded and competitive equipment in the field. You will report to the Master Data Manager.

You will

  • Ensure that installed equipment data is accurate, paying special attention to the correct parameters.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings and provide training and support as requested by regions.
  • Be the primary point of contact for installed base questions and concerns with reporting.
  • Collaborate with divisional colleagues on installed base management best practices, develop and implement improvements as needed.
  • Train direct teams in the importance of proper installed base management, communicate the downstream impacts and challenges of poor installed base management, and develop training and tools to minimize issues.
  • Identify and leverage installed base data to propose sales campaigns to drive revenue and overall installed base health.
  • Provide administrative support for remote monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic software such as MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Capacity to analyze large sets of data and summarize findings.
  • Solid knowledge of compressors and their related systems (air, oil, water, electrical, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, customer relationship, teamwork, and people skills.
  • Ability to travel across North America and Europe as required.
