Shifts Available :

7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Position Type : Full-time LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule : Monday – Friday, No Weekends Available

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality patient-centered nursing care .

Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as required.

Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to the physician.

Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning to ensure resident well-being.

Supervise and support nursing assistants .

Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols .

Job Requirements :

Licensure : Active LPN license in Pennsylvania .

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience : Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Certifications : Current CPR certification.

Skills : Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills .
