Vice President - Industrials M&A Investment Banking
Location : Chicago (Flexible)
Base pay range : $250,000 - $300,000
A boutique investment bank is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President to join its Industrials M&A team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and clients across manufacturing, transportation, energy, and related verticals, advising on transformative transactions that shape the future of the industrial economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions within the industrials sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their operations, financial goals, and industry dynamics
- Originate new business opportunities through strategic insights and market knowledge
- Execute capital markets transactions including debt and equity offerings
- Develop advanced financial models and valuation analyses to support client recommendations
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitch materials
- Collaborate across lean, high‑performing internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and exceptional client service
