Job descriptionJRP is seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Representative to do B2B calls for one or more of the following industries : OEM, steel, chemical, or gas industry, industrial machine equipment sales, automation, electronics, rubber, plastic extrusion, injection, or the blow molding industry. The ideal candidate must have previous B2B sales experience, be a self-starter, competitive, driven, articulate, thoughtful, and have experience speaking to all levels of management and closing sales. This role has a salary of $50,000 - $100,000 per year, paid on an hourly basis. Find new opportunities and build the sales pipeline through strategic prospect management, cold-calling and emailing Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals and business environment Coordinate with clients to align their requirements with prospects to provide opportunities to quote Track all activities through our CRM (Zoho) to create a weekly report providing details of insights, conversations, and pipeline highlights Requirements : 5+ years’ business development and sales hunting experience A desktop or laptop computer Experience in the engineering, industrial and / or manufacturing industries Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated Benefits include : 100 % Remote work model Internal growth opportunities W2 Position Health Coverage (BCBS)+other health and wellness benefits, Vision Care, Dental Coverage (Delta Dental), 401K Great work-life balance + positive team culture Powered by JazzHR
