Day shift server / prep for Senior Living. Great job with strong resident interaction like working in a restaurant with a strong base of regulars you get to know. Full-time and no late nights.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Maintain a positive working relationship with all residents, resident family members, and associates.
• Maintain a high degree of resident and guest satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Effectively and appropriately communicate with each co-worker and community leader.
• Prepare and present appetizers and desserts according to the planned menus, accommodating special diets, in a fine dining style.
• Performs prep work for upcoming meals and events.
• Maintains refrigerator and freezer in a clean and organized manner as well as proper temperature control, ensuring proper food temperatures for hot and cold items.
• Assure foods are prepared, stored, and labeled according to proper kitchen and food procedures.
• Always ensure only food serving items are present in and around the serving station.
• Use cleaners and other hazardous materials according to department procedure.
• Complete and adhere to all other tasks and responsibilities set by the direct supervisor.
