Requirements

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Delivery/Engagement Manager to lead strategic delivery initiatives and ensure exceptional customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise projects, deep understanding of Cloud, Applications, and AI solutions, and proven ability to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Delivery Management
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects across Microsoft Cloud (Azure), Modern Apps, and AI solutions.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality standards while managing risks and dependencies.
• Solution Expertise
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions leveraging project tech stack.
• Provide thought leadership.
• Governance & Reporting
• Establish delivery governance frameworks, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in customer delivery or engagement roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects and customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Low-Code/No-Code platforms and Intelligent Automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry and emerging AI technologies.
