Job description

Spire Soft is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly UX. This is a remote position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Build and implement design systems that enhance the consistency and efficiency of our design processes.
Execute all stages of UX design from concept to final hand-off to engineering, including wireframes and user flows.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Have a keen eye on design issues and be willing to provide effective solutions.
Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
Willing to take ownership and lead projects as and when needed.

Requirements :

Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Experience in building and implementing design systems.

Experience in creating and implementing wireframes.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to understand requirements and develop design solutions as needed.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred :

Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.

Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
