Location : The Woodlands, TX

Pay Rate : $42 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Position Summary

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis to join a leading healthcare team in The Woodlands, TX. The RN will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. This role includes performing nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatments, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver safe and effective patient care.

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and administer prescribed treatments.

Provide patient and family education on dialysis care and treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the EMR system.

Participate in incident management and ensure adherence to all safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Active RN License (in the state of Texas). License and certifications must be valid at least 30 days prior to start date.

Minimum 2 years of dialysis or related nursing experience required.

Knowledge of infusion medications and incident management processes.

Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
