Our Associate Chiropractors enjoy excellent work-life balance, only working a 40-hour work week Monday-Friday with weekends off!

Your job is to focus on amazing patient care and thorough documentation.

We work with non-profit healthcare centers to provide care to people who normally cannot afford to see the Chiropractor. You have a chance to make a real difference in your community, and in each and every life you touch with your healing hands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver chiropractic adjustments and treatments focused on spinal and musculoskeletal health.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments through interviews and physical exams.
• Clearly communicate diagnoses and treatment goals to patients.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Ensure documentation meets CMS standards and reflects medical necessity.
• Foster a respectful and compassionate environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications :

• Doctor of Chiropractic license with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to participate in weekly coaching and professional development.
• Experience in Community Health Centers is a plus.
