About the Role:
The Injection Molding Technician plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This position ensures that production runs efficiently, meeting both quality standards and production schedules. The technician will troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize machine performance. Collaboration with quality control and engineering teams is essential to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
