Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial controls or factory automation
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting advanced motion control systems
• Proficiency in Rockwell ControlLogix PLC programming
• Hands-on experience in PLC-based hardware design
• Willingness to work beyond core business hours when needed
• Previous commissioning and programming experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers at different levels
• Comfortable working in a matrix structure with a focus on customer service and personal growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions (not currently accepting work visas)
