Description : Overview :

As a Runner / Cashier at Hometown Coffee & Juice, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. This role demands speed, efficiency, and a commitment to quality while maintaining a smooth flow between the kitchen, dining area, and guests. A successful Runner / Cashier will lead by example, demonstrating excellent hospitality, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Quality & Consistency :

• Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Takes orders smoothly and accurately, applying discounts and modifiers as needed. Helps guests make decisions and is knowledgeable on our menu and offerings.
• Work with team members to maintain accuracy and consistency, setting the bar for hospitality and quality.

Hourly rate : $9-$11 hourly + $6-$10 extra per hour in tips. (Part-time positions available).
