Material Handler

Material Handler - Lisle IL

Join our team as a Material Handler working the mid shift from 10 AM to 6 : 30 PM. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient shipment and storage of products within our warehouse. This role pays $19 / hr.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the shipment of freight is packaged, cleaned, and labeled correctly.
• Receive materials for proper storage in the warehouse.
• Verify bills of lading and packing slips contain necessary information.
• Load products onto trucks safely and in a timely manner.
• Stage finished goods from production to the appropriate staging area or shipping docks.
• Prepare necessary paperwork related to shipments.
• Notify Customer Service upon receiving returned inks and weigh and record them to ensure accuracy with the bills of lading.
• Operate a forklift for loading and unloading materials and pallets.
• Maintain a clean work environment by ensuring equipment is well-kept and waste is disposed of properly.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, regulations, and policies.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
