Position Overview

Sunflower Communities - Elmore Assisted Living is seeking three dedicated Lead Caregivers to join our compassionate care team. We are hiring one lead for each shift - Day, Evening, and Overnight - to provide hands-on care, support our residents, and mentor team members. The Lead Caregiver ensures residents receive consistent, person-centered care while maintaining a warm and positive community environment.
