Job description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary : $305K + production
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10k - 15k
  • Relocation assistance provided
  • PTO : 14 paid holidays + 30 additional days off including sick time (accrues yearly)
  • CME : $5k
  • Covered expenses : License, DEA, State Surcharge, Professional organization memberships, and societies
  • Educational repayment available for eligible Non-Profit Employer assistance with PSLF
  • Comprehensive medical benefits through Empire BC / BS, extensive retirement / pension offerings
  • Retirement : 403(b) with exceptional NY State pension contributions
  • Pension : Employer contributes 8% of annual salary, vested after 3 years

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

  • Focus on 75% Glaucoma and 25% General Ophthalmology, including Cataract surgery
  • Participate in shared call rotation
  • Work with a dedicated support team : Scribes, technicians, Surgical Coordinators, Nurse Practitioners, Research Coordinators, and administrative support

    • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Board Certified / Eligible in Ophthalmology, with completed fellowship in Glaucoma
