Compliance Underwriter II

A company is looking for a TE Compliance Underwriter II to perform compliance reviews and ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Review and capture loan data from various mortgage documents for compliance

Analyze settlement fees and ensure accuracy of mortgage disclosures

Identify compliance irregularities and manage workflow to meet daily goals

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED; Associate / Technical Degree preferred

1+ years of experience in the residential mortgage industry

1 year of experience in mortgages required

1+ year of compliance review experience preferred

Proficient in reviewing TRID loans originated post 10 / 3 / 2015
