Job descriptionAnswer inbound calls with patience, professionalism, and empathy Schedule and confirm transportation for members based on their eligibility and needs Carefully follow client-specific policies, procedures, and all local, state, and federal regulations Enter trip requests, cancellations, and updates accurately in our system Communicate clearly with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to ensure smooth coordination Problem-solve calmly and efficiently when schedules or needs change Consistently meet performance goals while maintaining a positive, customer-first attitude High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience (healthcare or transportation background a plus) Excellent communication and listening skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, or scheduling systems) Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply ???? Location : 100% Remote, only in the state of Kansas Job Type : Full-Time | Hourly with $1 increase after 90 days!
