Springs Smiles Dental Spa is seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team in beautiful Miami Springs, FL! The ideal candidate MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH , be comfortable in communicating clearly and professionally with patients and staff. We are looking for a motivated individual who is team oriented, learns quickly, is self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills.

Positions offered : Certified Dental Assistant / Front Desk - Full Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with a variety of dental and med spa procedures
  • Providing exceptional patient care and comfort with attention to exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Maintaining and updating patient records
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining recall system
  • Insurance verification, insurance processing and posting payments as needed
  • Maintaining equipment updated and in working order
  • Communicating with dental laboratories and suppliers
  • Keeping inventory and assisting in ordering supplies
  • Assisting with photography and social media
  • Participating in team meetings, team seminars, and team development

Requirements :

  • Valid Dental Assisting Certification (dental assistant position)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently with team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of social media and photography preferred
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) - MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
  • FT position available
  • 1 year experience preferred
  • Experience with CEREC, Eagle Soft, and iTero preferred
