Implementation and Onboarding Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation & Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding of FinTech and Bank partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end onboarding of FinTech and Bank partners onto the platform

Manage multiple concurrent implementations and provide technical guidance and training

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence product enhancements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading technical or integration projects in FinTech, payments, banking, or SaaS environments

Prior experience with API-based integrations and external client implementations

Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, startup settings

Comfort working through ambiguity and making informed decisions with limited guidance
