This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Support Specialist to play a critical role in supporting our commercial and financial teams. In this hybrid position, you will be the go-to partner for managing our CRM (Zoho) and supporting sales with contracts, quotes, and dashboards, while also working closely with Finance to ensure smooth invoicing, collections, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, balancing customer contract administration, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on financial processes. Position Responsibilities
- Internal Management of Contracts including EULAs, Reseller Agreements, BAAs, and SOWs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our data and tools scale with the teams
- Assist sales in preparation of customer quotes
- Consistently search for ways to scale and improve dashboards that suit the needs of cross-functional stakeholders
- Responsible for managing customer invoicing, payment collection, and cash application processes while providing key support to the Finance Team.
- This role ensures timely and accurate processing of receivables and assists with broader financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll backup, and compliance activities.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Manage payment collections and monitor outstanding receivables.
- Maintain and oversee payment schedules.
- Process daily cash receipt journals and ensure timely posting.
- Manage ACH payment processes.
- Record customer payments accurately and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
- Support month and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries
- Provide assistance with tax issues, including contacting agencies to resolve matters.
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as backup for payroll processing.
- Participate in various financial and operational projects as assigned.
