Job description
A company is looking for a Payments Attorney to support product launches as a Payments SME.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on products with payment functionality, including credits, tokens, and virtual stores
Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance partners for compliant product launches
Provide practical product guidance in a fast-paced technology environment
Required Qualifications
Strong in-house or law firm experience with payments regulation
Experience with stored value and digital currencies
Ability to work in a fast-moving tech environment
Legal degree and relevant bar admission
Experience in advising on compliance matters related to payment products
