Data Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and warehouse solutions

Manage data-engineering projects and sprints in Jira, ensuring alignment with business priorities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field

7+ years of professional experience in data engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Server

Strong understanding of modern data architectures and ETL / ELT frameworks

Proficiency with Jira for project management and agile delivery workflows
