We provide excellent customer service to local hospitals and healthcare professionals and represent one of the most prominent companies in the Medical Waste Industry. As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. You will be the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships to contribute to overall customer loyalty and retention.



Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications, working closely with sales and fulfillment teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM software with relevant information.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Educate customers on product use, maintenance, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
