ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the St. Charles, IL community since 1997. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and together with my incredible team of 6, we bring more than 85 years of combined insurance experience to the table.


Community involvement is a core part of who we are. We proudly support local nonprofits that provide shelter, food, and health care, including Northern Illinois Food Bank, Lazarus House, TriCity Family Services, and Random Acts Matter. We also actively support local schools and youth organizations.

We offer a Simple IRA and health benefits to our team and foster a collaborative, supportive culture where each person’s contributions matter.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bill Nelson - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.


In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
