Job description60-bed acute-care, full-service facility Fully accredited by The Joint Commission and certified as an accredited Chest Pain Center by ACC Accreditation Services, the accrediting arm of the American College of Cardiology. 24-hour Emergency Department Orientation is weekly, on Mondays - Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel Facility Department / Cost Center : Cancer Center - 764 Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.) : Radiation Therapist Specialty : Radiation Oncology Number of Openings : 2 Shift : Days Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 40 Weekend Hours : 0 Call Requirements : 0 Required Certifications : RTT, Oregon licensing Years of Experience : 1+ Float Requirements : None Additional Notes : Number of Beds : Patient Ratios : average 20 patients / day Equipment : TrueBeam Linear accelerator, GE Discovery CT, Aria / Eclipse treatment software EHR : Aria / Eclipse, Meditech Supervisor : Carmelina Owens-Smith Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : Geriatric, adult Must Have Skills / Experience : Radiation therapy delivery, QA processes, CT simulation Preferred Skillset / Experience : Common Diagnosis / Treatment : Personality Fit : Enjoys working as part of a small team, willing to be versatile with duties. We are a small community cancer center so being willing to help transport patients, sit at front desk (for short periods of time), help nurses, make reminder calls is part of the job.
