Job description

Marubeni America Corporation

POSITION SUMMARY :

Provides administrative services for MAC and group companies.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :

  • Assists in maintaining MAC's and group companies' credit limits
  • Receives and processes D&B report requests
  • Provides assistance to credit analysts. Processes credit limit applications
  • Maintains accounts in MOCA (SAP)
  • Writes payment and receipt instructions to be processed by check, Automated Clearing House or Mutual Account (system between MAC and MC Tokyo that allows payments to be made and received)
  • Create debit notes to subsidiaries for C / L application processing fees and D&B report fees, and collects payments by I-notes and email
  • Performs filing
  • Orders and maintains office supplies

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

Associate's degree in business-related field, or equivalent experience required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS :

  • One - two years related experience
  • Requires knowledge of bookkeeping and SAP
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Requires excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
