Job Summary

As a compassionate and strategic physical therapist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating individuals with movement limitations. Your goal will be to enhance their quality of life by alleviating pain and enhancing physical function. You will develop personalized treatment plans that encourage flexibility, teamwork, creative problem solving, and apply your skills effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individualized therapy programs to help patients recover, improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.
• Document patient information thoroughly for evaluation purposes.
• Educate patients and their families on their treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and document patient progress, recommending adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during the therapy process.
