Job Description : WFH Online Chat Representative at 3 Leaf Realty Inc

Job Responsibilities :

Provide online chat support to potential clients answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Assist clients in navigating the 3 Leaf Realty Inc. website and online resources.

Engage with customers to understand their real estate needs and direct them to the appropriate resources or agents.

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all interactions with clients.

Collect client information accurately and input it into the system for follow-up.

Essential Qualifications :

Excellent written communication skills to effectively engage with clients in an online chat setting.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain patient and attentive to customer needs.

Basic knowledge of real estate terms and processes to assist clients effectively.

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple chat windows while providing accurate information.

Desired Experience :

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or online chat support role.

Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with property search websites is a plus.

Salary & Benefits :

Salary Range : $24000 - $65000 per year

Work from home position with flexible hours
