Job descriptionLead high-impact client engagements, presenting and selling BlastOne’s innovative project methodology. Ensure there’s always a clear next step in every sales opportunity, from lead generation to final contract signoff. Attend high-level client meetings—both virtually and in person. Lead deal reviews, manage final-stage negotiations, and secure major contracts, ensuring a smooth handoff to the project management team. Support pre-construction project management and assist with negotiating change orders when needed. 10+ years of experience in capital equipment sales or industrial construction projects. Strong background in the industrial, construction, or capital equipment industries. Experience working with C-Level executives and leading complex negotiations. Stellar communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams. High sense of urgency and a drive to manage multiple high-impact tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Competitive package and industry-leading benefits, including comprehensive health insurance and a generous 401k plan.
