Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams for digital account opening initiatives.
- Manage and document requirements for digital account management processes from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FIS Metallica solutions for digital account opening and servicing.
- Partner with banking stakeholders (Client, JP Morgan, or similar institutions) to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Support blockchain-based initiatives , working with platforms such as Ethereum, Coinbase, and Fireblocks where applicable.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of digital account solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all digital account opening-related initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in digital banking and account management .Hands-on experience with FIS Metallica or similar treasury / account management systems.Prior work experience with large financial institutions such as Client, JP Morgan , or comparable banks.Exposure to blockchain technologies and platforms like Ethereum, Coinbase, and Fireblocks .Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance processes in account opening.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and drive initiatives as an anchor resource.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in banking digital transformation projects .Familiarity with API integrations , digital onboarding journeys, and customer lifecycle management.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.Why Join Us
