Senior Organizational Change Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Analyst / OCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder analysis and maintain relationships with key contacts

Develop and implement change management plans aligned with organizational goals

Track progress, provide reports, and support pre and post-implementation surveys

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields

Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's Model)

Experience in stakeholder feedback collection and analysis

Eligible for or possesses active / interim Secret Clearance

Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
