Director of Real Estate

About the role

Landing is looking for a strategic, high-performing Director of Real Estate to lead the charge in expanding our footprint across the U.S. This role is for a seasoned dealmaker ready to own high-value relationships, drive revenue, and redefine how multifamily real estate gets done — with massive earning potential (including a top-tier OTE).

You won’t just sell. You’ll own markets, influence business strategy, and be a key player in shaping Landing’s future. You’ll spearhead sales of Autopilot, Landing’s exclusive property management product, to Multifamily Ownership and Property Management Groups. With deep industry knowledge and a killer playbook, you’ll close big deals with major players — and keep them coming.

What you’ll do

• Lead high-value sales cycles from prospecting to close
• Travel frequently to close in-person with senior-level decision-makers — you\'re comfortable leading boardroom discussions and executive negotiations.
• Build and scale your pipeline using strategic, creative outreach and trusted industry relationships.
• Drive expansion strategy — identify emerging markets, tailor GTM plans, and bring key stakeholders on board.
• Collaborate across teams with Operations, Legal, and Leadership to ensure seamless execution of every contract you close.
• Represent Landing in the field, at events, and with key industry leaders
• Report directly to the VP of Development, and act as a trusted thought partner on revenue strategy and team growth.
