Medical Office LPN position in the Primary Care department in Fishkill, NY

40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday; between 7 : 15AM- 6 : 15PM

Summary : Performs tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed health care provider.
