Digital Solutions Lead

Our client is a global digital consultancy helping major enterprise brands connect marketing, data and technology to drive transformation and growth.

They are building a senior leadership team in Dallas to lead the charge across front?end digital transformation that spans MarTech, commerce and content engineering, with a clear commercial growth mandate.

Opportunity

You will shape and deliver complex digital transformation programs for enterprise clients, combining deep technical credibility with consultative and commercial leadership.

You will lead and grow engineering teams across CMS, commerce and MarTech stacks (Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, Contentful, Commercetools) while owning the full P&L and driving revenue expansion across key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multi-disciplinary digital engineering teams delivering large-scale CMS, commerce and MarTech transformation.
• Act as senior client partner to enterprise accounts, engaging C?suite stakeholders across strategy, technology and delivery.
• Own portfolio revenue and profitability (P&L responsibility).
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate with solution architects, strategists and delivery leads to shape scalable, client?focused digital solutions.
