Lot Operations Coordinator - Part-Time
United Recovery & Remarketing is seeking a motivated Part-time Lot Coordinator to join our Mobile, AL, team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to keep the storage lot maintained. If you like to work around cars, pride yourself on giving great customer service, and are only interested in working about 20 hours per week, we want to talk with you! In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include :
- Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
- Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
- Complete condition reports in a timely manner
- Prep vehicles for transport to auction
- Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
- Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
- Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor
This is an entry-level position, starting at $15-16 / hour, based on experience. Note this position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment. We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring. Required experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent preferredMust have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screeningMust be at least 23 years of ageAbility to drive vehicles with standard and manual transmissionBasic computer skills requiredGood verbal and written communicationMust be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weatherRequires good time management and organizational skillsPhysical requirements :
