Director Of Dining Services

Chartwells at Alvarado Independent School District located in Alvarado, TX, is on the hunt for a dynamic Director Of Dining Services to lead our food service team across 5 schools, serving 3,800 students with passion and precision. If you have a knack for managing P&L, creating mouth-watering menus that will entice student participation, and driving initiatives with a client-focused approach, this is your chance to shine!

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and innovation, committed to growing our dining program to new heights. With a supportive team that includes an Admin Assistant and 40 hourly associates, you'll work day time hours (7am-4pm) in a Monday - Friday schedule ensuring compliance with NSLP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of Chartwells frontline associates.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the organization.
• Own the annual budget and control costs optimally.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of a dining service operation.
