Professional Details :

ü Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home

ü Four 10-hour days per week

ü Average 15-20 patients per day

o Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day

ü Behavioral health and lab on site

ü Fulltime, permanent

ü Epic EMR

ü 1 : 1 Medical Support Staff
