Relient Health is offering a unique opportunity for a caring and compassionate Director of Rehab (DOR) / Therapy Program Manager (PT) to work in a great Hospital setting. This full-time , permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program or foreign equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Stable Work History
• Hospital experience preferred
• Director of Rehab / Therapy Program Manager experience preferred
