Dental Receptionist - Part Time

We are a patient-first practice. Our focus is always about spreading the life changing power of oral health. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and team-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure the practice runs smoothly.

This position also offers the opportunity to cross-train and occasionally assist the clinical team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone works together to deliver outstanding patient care.

Schedule : Part Time, 2.5 days / week, Mon-Tues 8 : 30am - 5 : 30 pm and Wed 8 : 30am - 12 : 00pm

(must be willing to be somewhat flexible with the schedule)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

The salary range for this role is $18 - $20 per hour.
