Job descriptionSupervise nursing staff on assigned shifts to ensure delivery of high-quality care. Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, making care adjustments as needed. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of all care provided. Handle patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism. Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware. Previous experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred. Supervisory experience or leadership skills in a clinical setting. Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
