We strive to reduce energy usage and improve HVAC equipment and system reliability. We are seeking qualified candidates for our 10-week Supply Chain Management Internship beginning in May 2026. This role is based in Buffalo Grove, IL. You'll make an impact by :

• Assisting in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Work on projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Participating in lean manufacturing initiatives, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvement strategies. Help drive our commitment to operational excellence.
• Supporting the integration of digital technologies in our manufacturing processes. Work on projects involving data collection, analysis, and the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Documenting findings and present recommendations to management.
• Participating in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
