Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience with SOA Automation and Team coordination.
• At least 2 years of experience with HP ALM / Quality Center.
• At least 2+ years of experience in SOA Testing.
• At least 2+ years of experience in test strategy and test design.
• At least 2+ years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements.
• Knowledge of Excel macros.
• Familiarity with SOA automation framework.
• Knowledge of data management is an advantage.
