About The Unit

6 East is a 17-bed medical telemetry unit. Clinicians on this unit enjoy caring for a variety of intermediate level patients with disease processes involving the following systems : Respiratory, Endocrine, Cardiac, Immune / Infectious Disease, and Renal.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Education

Additional Job Description :

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program is (required)
• All new-hire Associate Degree Registered Nurses (new graduate and experienced) are required to start an approved BSN program within one (1) year of hire and complete an approved BSN program within three (3) years of hire (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program (preferred)
