About the Role
Language Link Therapy is seeking several skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support our expansion throughout the Orlando region. We provide high-quality Speech and Occupational Therapy services through our integrated collaborative model inside ABA centers daycares / preschools and early-intervention programs statewide.
We currently have six new partner locations in Casselberry Winter Park Apopka and Orlando.
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech-language therapy to children ages 27 primarily with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Deliver high-quality evidence-based treatment following Language Link Therapy protocols
Collaborate closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams within partner ABA centers
Maintain accurate timely documentation and daily notes
Communicate effectively with parents caregivers BCBAs and center staff
Requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Florida SLP license
Experience working with young children (ages 27)
Experience with ASD is required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently within a structured clinical model
Comfortable functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compensation & Growth

Required Skills :
Requirements Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Florida SLP license. Extensive experience with early childhood (ages 27). Significant experience working with children with ASD (required). Previous experience supervising SLPAs or leading a clinical team (preferred). Strong communication skills with parents therapists and center partners. Ability to work independently while managing multiple centers. Comfortable functioning as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
