POSITION SUMMARY :

If you are passionate about leading a staff to outfit guests who may be new to the sport of skiing or riding, then the Arapahoe Basin Rentals Manager position may be the job for you.

The Rentals Manager leads and is ultimately responsible for the vision, direction, and execution of the Rentals and Tune Shop operations. This includes : ensuring an exceptional guest experience, training and leading rental and tune shop staff, buying and tracking equipment, working in conjunction with the A-Basin Snowsports School to meet their operational goals, and guiding the overall operation to be profitable.

This is a seasonal position, with a 10-month work schedule. Employee housing is available for this role.

WAGE :

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high ends of Arapahoe Basin's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Arapahoe Basin's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.

Pay Range : This exempt position is compensated over a 10-month period. The pay range for this role is $49,911 to $69,876 for the 10-month term, which equates to $2,303 to $3,225 per bi-weekly pay.
