About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong end-to-end project leadership experience. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. You’ll collaborate across teams, mentor developers, and drive architectural decisions to support our platform transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
  • Guide a Scrum team in Java and cloud-native development using Spring Boot, PCF, and related technologies.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, unit testing, and code reviews.
  • Develop Proof-of-Concepts and reusable development patterns.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead technical solutioning across teams.
  • Prepare high-level and system design documents; secure architectural approvals.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and testers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Champion security best practices and ensure vulnerability-free code.
  • Configure CI / CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub, or Travis CI.
  • Contribute to frontend development using Angular or similar frameworks.
  • Write and maintain unit test cases and deployment pipelines for PCF environments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical teams.
  • Strong system design skills for mid-to-large scale applications.
  • Proficiency in SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI / CD practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with test-driven or behavior-driven development.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular.
  • Experience with PCF and creating CI / CD pipelines using Bamboo.
  • Strong understanding of security principles in software development.
