A company is looking for a Capture Management, Director. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities within government and commercial sectors Develop and implement capture strategies, win themes, and value propositions Lead cross-functional teams to create comprehensive proposals and monitor capture metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business development or related roles 7 years of experience in Health and Human Services for government agencies Experience with government procurements, preferably at the state level Demonstrated track record of capturing business and building successful partnerships Knowledge of government health assistance programs and state healthcare market opportunities
